Sales project record

Process Controls and documents the entire sales process (offer to cash) directly from the record – from opportunity to the invoice
Merging of documents and information Merges documents and information related to the sales process in one record, e.g., requests for quotation, quotations, orders, deliveries, contracts, discussion notes and emails
SAP reference objects Generates SAP Sales objects directly from the records, e.g., quotations, orders and delivery schedules
Linking to other records Links to other records – customer records, material records, equipment records, purchasing records
Access and authorizations Checks access authorization for Sales SAP organization structures: Authorizations on header and node levels
Printing and sending out SAP receipts Prints and sends out quotations, agreements, etc., directly from the record
