The digital real estate file from top flow makes real estate management in SAP more effective.
The SAP specialist top flow has further developed its ECM solution top xRM. A new addition to the file portfolio is a digital real estate file with workflow functions which, like all of the company’s solutions, is seamlessly integrated into SAP without any subsystems.
The digital real estate file contains all components for flexible, cross-location real estate management in SAP (RE-FX). This creates a central platform on which all data and information on business entities, tenants and rental agreements are bundled. Automated workflows control processes and relieve the burden of routine tasks such as billing or rent adjustments.
The new file solution benefits all companies that manage real estate, regardless of whether they have one or more locations. For example, the top xRM digital real estate file is equally suitable for service providers in the real estate sector and for retail companies managing their branch network.
“top xRM maps the entire life cycle of a property in a structured and transparent way. This makes property management more efficient and value-oriented, which makes it easier to generate the desired returns,” explains Alexander Wiese, Managing Director of top flow.
A special feature of the solution is that all communication and coordination processes take place in the electronic file and therefore in SAP. This is made possible by the integrated functions of the Outlook, Lotus Notes or Groupwise mail clients. In addition, all necessary documents are processed and archived in the file.
By using the existing SAP role concept, authorizations are assigned flexibly. Clear access rules only display relevant data and provide security against data loss and unauthorized access to company information.
The open architecture of the top xRM product suite makes it easy to expand to other file types – such as company code files, building files or links to other solutions from the portfolio. With the integration of the project file, for example, the management of construction projects is conceivable.
top xRM includes digital file solutions with workflow control for a wide range of business processes in SAP as standard, including sales, purchasing, HR, contract and project management. Thanks to the generic approach of the product suite, individual solutions can be implemented easily and flexibly. The SAP add-on is SAP-certified.
