Document info records (DIS) in SAP are document master records that contain all relevant information about a document – from metadata and control information to links to original application files. They enable structured management of documents in the SAP system. On this basis, document hierarchies can be created in which several documents such as technical drawings, PDFs or Office files can be clearly stored and processed.

With the top xRM DIS Browser, these hierarchies can be professionally integrated into SAP Fiori to display, search and edit them. A particular advantage is that very large amounts of data can be managed with high performance in the form of an electronic file with simple customization options.
