Production data acquisition (PDA) in SAP is a system for recording real-time data from production and the store floor, such as order, personnel, machine and process data. Modern PDA solutions record a lot of data automatically, for example via machine connections, but manual feedback from employees via terminals, PCs or mobile devices is also possible.
