Learning protected from wind and weather

top flow enables renovation of school in Burkina Faso

A dilapidated school building is being renovated with the support of top flow.

It has become a nice tradition at top flow to use the budget for Christmas gifts to customers, partners and employees for social projects. This year, we can once again report on a project that was financed and successfully implemented on behalf of the entire top flow family: Burkina Faso is one of the poorest countries in the world. Around 70% of the population cannot read or write. Investing in education here is certainly sensible and sustainable.

Back in 2014, we were able to realize a very nice project in Burkina Faso with the construction of a school building. In 2016, our partner proposed the renovation of a more than dilapidated structure in the village of Pelegtenga.

The result is really something to be proud of. A beautiful new classroom has been created for the children, which allows them to learn protected from the wind and weather – a real step forward.

Our volunteer partner here in Bad Saulgau organized and supported this project in direct contact with the local companies. From the procurement of the building materials to the handover to the school, all steps were coordinated. As a result, every single euro arrived where it was intended.

Join us and the children in celebrating this successful campaign!
