All purchasing processes at a glance with top purchase RM!

By integrating Solution4Contirmation® from AFI into top purchase RM, order confirmations from suppliers can be automatically checked and, in the event of errors, measures can be initiated via workflow. The digital or digitized order confirmation is linked together with the SAP order in the associated purchasing file and then compared with the associated order items. In the event of deviations, different employees are informed by work item or email depending on the type of error (quantity deviation, price deviation, etc.) and follow-up processes are initiated. The entire process – including steps that were previously carried out manually, such as searching for the corresponding order – is controlled from the purchasing file. Of course, the entire process is logged in the file and the current processing status is clearly displayed.
