ECM solution top xRM continues to meet all SAP requirements
The SAP add-on solution top xRM has once again successfully undergone an extensive certification process at SAP.
The certification is again valid for three years. A certificate proves that the application consistently meets all SAP criteria. These requirements relate to the flawless technical integration capability in SAP as well as the functionalities, usability and performance with very short response times.
This means that top flow GmbH can continue to use the top xRM product in the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) area with the status “SAP Certified”.
“For us as a long-standing SAP partner, ongoing certification of all products is a matter of course. This guarantees our customers a high level of quality in the applications,” says Alexander Wiese, one of the two managing directors of top flow GmbH.
The SAP-integrated ECM solution top xRM uses the digital file alongside documentation as a central source of information for the active management of workflows and processes within the company. The multitude of data and information from different worlds such as e-mail, documents, SAP or web content are brought together centrally on one platform and are available at any time, regardless of location.
A flexible authorization system regulates the access of the users involved. Different users or user groups work on the file. This “wanders” through the company, filling up with data and information and thus mapping the entire process. The processing progress is indicated by various status displays such as the traffic light function. The user-friendly handling is based on familiar working methods from other IT worlds with functions such as drag & drop, file explorer or mail client functions from Outlook, Lotus Notes or Groupwise.
The add-on merges SAP applications and documents, documents and e-mail functions into a single unit. As a result, top xRM increases transparency in the company and the effectiveness of employees in business processes.
top xRM is based on SAP Folders Management technology. The product suite includes a variety of standard solutions for areas such as sales, purchasing, human resources, contract and project management.
