In order to produce durable surfaces with natural-looking textures for floors or furniture, Schattdecor has to monitor the processes continuously. Previously, the quality data was recorded manually and later transferred to the ERP system. The process was time-consuming and error-prone. With the help of top MES, the quality data is now seamlessly documented in SAP and visualized in the PDA solution. The automatic checking of values saves considerable time and creates company-wide transparency.
